SetDeliveryTime has been created to allow users to set the default value for the “Do not deliver before:” parameter in Outlook.

The utility is an Outlook COM add-in.
Installation
- Make sure that .Net Framework 3.5 is installed on your Windows:
- Install the .NET Framework 3.5 on Windows 10, Windows 8.1, and Windows 8
- How to install .Net Framework 3.5.1 on Windows 7
- Download SetDeliveryTime.zip archive file to any folder on your workstation and extract all files. Execute SetDeliveryTime.msi file and follow the instructions.
- Run Outlook. Select File > Options > Add-ins and make sure that SetDeliveryTime exists in “Active Application Add-ins” list (1). Now click “Add-in Options” button (2). Add-in Options window will appear.
- Select SetDeliveryTime tab. Specify application’s behavior.Now click Apply button, then OK button.
Testing
- Open Outlook and select New E-mail. Select Options tab (1). Click Delay Delivery button (2). Note that “Do not deliver before:” (3) date and time values are the same as the ones that you defined on Installation step #3.
- Open any messge in the Inbox and click Reply. Select Options tab (1). Click Delay Delivery button (2). Note that “Do not deliver before:” (3) date and time values are the same as the ones that you defined on Installation step #3.
SetDeliveryTime has been tested with Outlook 2010/2013/2016/2019 on Windows 7 and Windows 10.
Uninstallation
Select Start > Control Panel. Select Programs and features. Select SetDeliveryTime in the list. Right-click and select Uninstall. Follow the instructions.
Limitations
Due to technical limitations, the application cannot work if you set delay delivery time this way: New Message – small arrow near ‘Tags’ (1) – Do not deliver before checkbox (2).
Just avoid using this method. Follow the steps described above: Options – Delay Delivery.
